We are required by our insurers and the building management company to have the full name, contact number and address of all guests (primary guest making the reservation) staying with us. 

Just like when you check in to a hotel, and they swipe your credit card for incidentals,  we also take a small security deposit for our protection for the tiny minority of guests who do not treat our properties respectfully. 

This is processed securely via PayPal. If you would prefer us to run a pre-authorisation of your credit card, we can do this too, please contact us the day before you arrive and we will send you a secure link.

Please note:

• The security deposit must be settled by mid-day (12 noon) on the day of your arrival.
• The door keys will not be loaded in to the keybox until the security deposit being settled.
• Once the deposit has been paid, you will automatically be redirected to our full check-in information.
